Meet the team!

We currently employ 25 local people. Our bakers, cake makers, packers, delivery drivers, shop and Admin staff.
 
Bakers
Head Baker Ian Bland leads the team of Lee, James, Marak, David and Peter.  Our baking team work through the night to ensure the freshness of our bread and can, on a busy night, produce up to 3000 buns, rolls and loaves.
